Hello Friends-

December is a crazy month!

SO much stuff going on.

That explains why its taken me 

a LONG time to write something.

Last blog- i was sick.

2 weeks later... Im better!

Lots of stuff has happened 

since my last blog

but im gonna update you with the most 

important on my list..

Brett and Mine's 

1yr 6month Anniversary

I cannot believe that as of yesterday,

brett and i have been dating

 for a year and half. 

That is just crazy to me.

Its all gone so fast! 

We've been through a lot.

He has been there and supported me with 

everything ive done!

He was there for everything

 good and bad.

 Homecoming, prom, graduation, camp, death, college choices, birthdays, holidays, bad days, good days.

Hes done it all!

He makes me a better person, hes my other half.

I love him with all my heart!

For our anniversary we went out to dinner and to a movie.

It was a great day,

He takes such good care of me. 

As my gift for our anniversary/xmas 

He gave me this beautiful cancer ribbon necklace

He put such thought and care into it!

Its a little reminder of another person that meant the world to me.

My grandma :)

He is sucha sweetheart.

Here's to many more 

anniversary's to come!

Hello Friends...

So i havent been writing 

anything lately,

why?

cuz ive been feeling sick :(

So lets just say, 

this blog is short and sweet.

I have a cough,

 the sniffles, a sore throat..

the whole 9 yards of a cold :(

I need to sleep, and just chill.

Hello Friends...

So, Now that its officially December

lots of things are happening..

Like the end of no shave november :(

That seriously was so sad.

I already miss his beard :(

But I supposed, 

time to move on!

Like to Christmas.

Holy cow, its right around the corner!

I must have seriously been bitten..

 by the xmas bug today!

Because...

i climbed up into our little attic

and got ALL the xmas stuff down!

and I put up the tree

and put up lights outside!

keep in mind, nobody else was home..

just me and the dogs. :)

So i went to town!!

Hello Friends,

So, Today we took a big leap..

we are now "in" with the gaming crowd.

We got a Xbox 360 w/Kinect

It came with the game Kinect Adventures 

But i cant play it till after Xmas ;)

All i can really do on my xbox so far,

is dink around on xbox live.

The xbox it technically a xmas gift.

So I gotta chill a bit..

which is hard.

There are so many xbox game that i want!

Ive been good Santa I swear!

These are the ones ive got my eye on- 

How fun huh?!

Dont judge, I love harry potter.

and I actually really enjoy playing NCAA :)

I guess i gotta start savin up money for a xbox game fund..haha

But until after xmas, Ill still play my 

Dreamcast

Nintendo 64

and Playstation 1

They've been good to me :)

Ive been busy today...

Hello Friends-

So today I slept in for a while, 

and cleaned for a while,

then i began crafting!

Today I taught myself how to crochet,

oh gee. Im not very good at it.

I have lots of practicing 

ahead of myself!

These are some random things I made,

and Like i said, not pretty. haha

After i decided enough of that,

I started my recipe book!

Im gonna start collecting recipes 

from my family and friends 

and anything else that sounds good :)

So someday when im out on my own,

ill have them already! 

Isnt it cute?! 

Now i gotta start filling it up!

Anyone got any good recipes?! 

Let the writing begin! :)

Happy Day After Thanksgiving/Black Friday!

Hello Friends-

Holy cow.. 

I haven't written a blog in forever

Boo me! haha 

Instead ive done a lot of crafts, worked, and watched movies.

Lots have gone down 

since the last time I wrote..

like Thanksgiving and Black Friday

Boy howdy was that fun?!

I ate lots of yummy food at the boyfriends house

and went shopping at walmart at 3:30am

It was so Chaotic! 

but my dad got a 19inch tv and i got some xmas shopping done!

BUT

here's my latest thought...

and it has nothing to do with turkey day or black friday.

Since im on this new

 awesome crafting kick..

Im thinkin about gettin rid of the twin size bed in my room downstairs,

and replacing it with a crafting table.

I wanna fix up my mamas sewing machine.

and then i wanna go to town!!

I have SO many crafts

 i wanna learn to do! 

Here's a couple that

 ive had my eyes on- 

1. cute framed phrases! I wanna redecorate my room walls!

2. I want to learn to crochet flowers! 

so i can put them on my hats/scarfs I make!

3. I want to knit/crochet 

a laptop sleeve.

with cute little buttons and flaps!

4. I have NO idea what I

would do with these,

But they are adorable! 

Perhaps the kids i watch would like them?

5. I want to make fabric flower garlands, 

I want to make them in fun green fabrics.

and hang them in my room!

6. Since ive been surrounded by the holiday foods lately,

i really want to put together

 a cute recipe book.

So that someday, down the road, ill have them!

Well,

There ya have it.

those are the crafts that are on my mind.

now if only i could get organized enough to start some!

Shorts on monday... Winter coat on friday...?!

Hello Friends-

So tonight I went to Barrage,  

that was really cool! 

Its a fiddling group, 

that dances and stuff..

they are compared to Stomp+Riverdance

Very talented musicians fo sho!!!

Kinda makes me wish i had stuck to my violin a bit more..haha

BUT - 

Thats not what I really want to write about...

Guess what joined us today?!

The first snow! :( 

BOO!!!!

                                         

There is so much of it outside! BOO!

i was supposed to have plans tomorrow, so i hope it all melts away!

I swear, we skipped fall, darn nebraska weather! haha

I literally wore shorts on monday to work, and now there is like 2 or more inches of snow outside!

CRAZY!

anyone else not a big fan of winter?

BOO SNOW! haha 

the only thing thats a plus of the snow, is sledding.

but i doubt itll last long enough at the moment to go sledding. haha 

So lets all just pray that it goes away, thatd be better.

Im gonna go back to watching avatar, and cozying up in my snuggie.

With the hopes of waking up tomorrow with a snow free ground! :)
