Trunk or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat!

Hello Friends-

So I haven't been on here in a while

...my bad.

Tonight was trunk or treat at the church building, thats where people go from trunk to trunk and trick or treat at the cars! lots of cute little kids 

and my cute doggies =) 

 Brett and I dressed up as Michael and Tonya Kelsey from church.

We looked pretty darn good =) 

and i've come to realize-

 i like my man in cowboy boots =) 

Logan and his family even showed up for a little bit! That was cool!

So id say that was quite the successful trunk or treat =)

it was fun to dress up, eat some candy...

OH- and bounce in a bounce castle =)

 ya, its ok to act like a little kid every once in a while ;)

So- im pretty stinkin excited

..why you ask?!

I get to go to the Husker football game tomorrow with my man =)

EEEK! Im excited to spend the day with brett, watching something he loves dearly, and just being surrounded by the good ole husker spirit =)

I just PRAY that we win. haha 

So im gonna leave you on a bright note..

Dang, Its nearly halloween!

Hello Friends-

Today has been a good day. 

Logan and I painted pumpkins, played outside and watched Wonder Pets all morning. That was a lot of fun! Logan is a goofball! He keeps my mornings exciting!

As we were painting, and i was writing happy halloween on the pumpkin,

 it hit me! Its almost halloween!

Its getting colder, leaves are falling, and candy is going on sale! 

Truck or treat is friday, gosh i need to find a costume! 

With all the halloween spirit around me youd think id be on top of it..but im not. haha

Im gonna go watch the rocky horror episode of glee..

maybe thatll give me inspiration. haha

Wow, i've done nothing all day.

Hey There-

So today I was supposed to watch Logan, work at Montessori, and go to bible study. That all changed at about 7:30 this morning. 

I was blessed with good ole 

food poisening. 

So ya wanna know what I did with my day?

I laid around and felt pathetic. 

and got caught up with all the shows I have been behind on.

and then watched a couple that just sounded like fun.

Thank goodness for hulu. 

Tomorrow is a new day, 

and my tummy is feeling better! 

Logan and I are painting pumpkins in the morning. 

Im sure I'll let ya know how it goes =)

"The past repeats itself..wait, what did you say?!"

Hey Guys-

So, its been a couple days since i last wrote something..

and Its cuz there was so much awesome stuff going on this weekend!

Lets have a run down, shall we?

REASONS MY WEEKEND WAS GREAT-

1. The huskers won, so that was awesome.

51-41... ya buddy!

2. Libby spent the weekend here, having girl time, it was great to catch up! 

3. The pumpkin patch with Libby and the youth group kids was a lot of fun. We did the whole scary path and scary hayrack ride (which really werent that scary haha ) and listened to a ridiculously funny scary campfire stories as told by Joel. 

4. I baked/decorated a cake for brett, for all of his hard work studying for a big test coming up! and it was actually really yummy! I successfully baked something on my own =) 

Overall, it was a great weekend! I caught up with friends, laughed a lot, and got myself ready for another week! Tomorrow, me and the little guy i nanny are going to paint pumpkins! That should be a lot of fun- Im sure Ill post pictures about it later =) With a new week rolling around the corner, I just want to wish everyone a great week and to keep fighting the good fight..

"Do you have reservations?.."

Hello Friends-

Funny thing, I woke up this morning, and was all excited to write a blog again.

But I had to wait till the end of the day so that I could tell about my adventures..and Im glad I did! 

Tonight, was a halloween dinner for the college age at our church.

At the Spooky Piercely Supper Cave. 

Gosh, I love cute old people =) 

It was actually a lot of fun!

You had to fill out your menu- not knowing what the things were.

It ended up being spaghetti and salad and bread and other fun little desserts.

You even had to "order" your silverware, but if you didnt figure out which ones they were, there was a chance you would have to eat with your fingers. 

Then we played some fun little halloween games... pretty fun evening. =) 

Afterwards, I got to spend a great evening with my man. <3

It was a gorgeous night! 

There was a full moon, and the temperature was great!

So we decided to go on a moonlit walk.
It was so simple, but so special. 

It was nice to just walk and talk.

I love that boy very dearly. 

Id say a very successful day!

Guess what tomorrow is?! 

My Bestie, Libby is coming for the weekend!! YAY!

The Huskers are gonna beat oklahoma state. Maybe make up for our last game, that we wont talk about. 

And, I get to go to the pumpkin patch! 

Im really excited for the adventures to come this weekend. Im sure ya'll will hear about them later.

Why blog you ask? Cuz I wanna! Anyone remember xanga?! Ya, I think I have a secret love for blogging that started there a LONG time ago. haha..Funny thing, I actually got all inspired to actually put a blog together after reading my boyfriends sports blog on espn.com and thinking, ya know what? Thats pretty sweet. 

BUT DONT WORRY, no sports blogs on here, just random "im gonna try to be inspirational" thoughts, Lots of pictures, fun things that go on in my crazy world, weird fun crafty things I come up with, and probably a few ridiculous stories from time to time. 

Now you may be asking yourself, why is your blog called "just act natural"

Well friends, this is why.. Its cuz I'm acting natural. Nothing fake, 100% pure, weird, fun, ME.

Im gonna have fun, be myself, and if you wanna read about it..go ahead!
